Nuthatch

I'm no ornithologist but I think this is a nuthatch, and very pretty it is too. At one point there was a great tit sharing the bird feeder with it but the photo was not much cop. I did go for a great walk today . No snow left in the garden but 5 mins in the car and there were snow drifts up to my knees. Took quite a few shots but it's just another snow blip at the end of the day. Munchy is knackered. Jumping in snow twice as deep as yourself can be tiring. He wasn't impressed when we stopped to take photo's and shivered accusingly.
