Festive cheer

My neighbours have put up new Christmas lights this weekend. A bright sight as night falls. Today was a bike ride out to Rutland Water. I had a puncture on the way back. Expected to fix it on my own as I’d left the group to pick up an order in Stamford. But one of the guys was still behind and kindly stayed with me while I fixed it and then rode all the way back with me. Luckily it stayed up. I hope he didn’t get in trouble from his wife for a late return - he’d have ridden a lot faster without me in tow!
