Pine cones

I picked these pine cones up when we were at Martin Mere last week thinking they would come in handy one day for an indoor blip. Little did I know that it would be so soon. They haven’t all opened up yet! 
A rotten day outside with wind and rain so we had a bit of a relaxed day catching up on some saved programmes and doing my jigsaw. Another day or so and I think I will be finished.
