Long Tailed Tit

Booster day for us today - in and out and back home within half an hour, which was brilliant, although I was disappointed to see that there was no queue at all which I am assuming means that some people did not attend their appointments. The weather was filthy earlier this morning though. 

After spending the day indoors yesterday we felt the need to get out for a short walk and some fresh air this afternoon when the rain stopped and the wind dropped a tad. And it was certainly fresh - very cold and blustery.  Just a quick walk around Pickering's Pasture and a stop at the feeding station provided todays blip. I am still looking for redwings which we have seen there before, but there were none about today.
