A Bit Late

A busy day, this, that and various meetings. I thought about this shot way before I actually took it rather late this evening, so it’s probably not an emergency blip (close though!). This is the Japanese Maple outside my kitchen window- it’s a good sized tree for its species, and has been here since the house was built in the mid-70’s. Thank goodness it hasn’t been removed. It’s a fabulous tree for seasonal lights since we can see it from the back of the house. Maybe not the best photo but it’s cheerful!
