Cold, Dreary and Busy

I went to SE Portland this morning to the Department of Motor Vehicles to renew my driver's license...it's actually called a "REAL" license which allows one to travel domestically. Apparently the old licenses were, well, unreal. Not secure enough or something. It took a couple of months to get an appointment. But that is all done now!

Took a good walk midday and saw this grass in a neighbor's garden...love the droplets on it!

Spent the afternoon on botanical garden stuff and now off to a ladies golf holiday party. So will check your journals this evening!
