This wonderful old sign has been left in place, despite more recent ownership.
A little research reveals that in 1917, The New Toffee Company occupied the premises. By 1935 it was (probably) Aldred White, Ladies Hairdresser.
1962 has V W Hayter, Ladies Hairdresser, and by 1972 Marita, Ladies Hairdresser is in occupancy.
