Tiny Tuesday

Storm Barra is still around, with more wind and rain forecast for later this evening. Did manage a walk down to S'bury's and back. Hadn't noticed until now that Fitbit had actually recorded the walk of 35mins, burning 178 calories, with a 62% Fat burn and an average heart rate of 98bpm So chuffed that all that has been recorded :-) 

Todays image for Tiny Tuesday is of the new shoot on my Orchid, it is only 15mm in length. Last week I was on the point of throwing it out as have had it years, it only ever puts up one flowering stem, which to be fair lasts for months. So seeing it was off again it has been reprieved :-)
