On the Torridge

Well not quite. Had to go out after Interval training this morning, so then carried on to Instow. Tide was on its way out so drove on a bit further. I had the little layby all to my self this morning. 

Popped over the road onto the Tarka Trail. It was extremely windy, but managed to lean on a post to steady me and the camera. A new addition to the river is this wreck, which I thought fitted the title for this weeks Wide Wednesday of With Nature. And looking past the wreck you can see a bit of Instow.
