I was a happy little elf today. I had my list of jobs most of which I completed; I spent a pleasant hour in the bookshop drinking coffee and chatting; I did some Christmas shopping; and in the evening I helped TSM to make a cake to take to work tomorrow.

But it rained really heavily today, and I didn’t manage to take any photographs until late evening, which is why I ended up with this little fellow. I have a feeling we are going to be friends for life now. He reminds me of me.

There was a guy writing today on his blog which got widely  shared, stating that we were heading for another huge economic crash. Cheerful stuff on the run up to Christmas …
