Wednesday: Christo Was Here

The house next door to us has been on the market ever since we arrived (unsurprisingly, as it was massively overpriced).  It recently sold but we suspect it’s going to be a tear down.  For the last 4 weeks, it’s been shrouded up, with machines whirring, as it’s undergoing asbestos removal. A few days ago someone from WorkSafeBC turned up and mumble that this had been going on for far too long……..it’s still whirring away.

Andrew left tonight, after a very entertaining week.  He’s incredibly self-sufficient - so much so that an hour before he had to leave for his flight we wondered where he was, as he was still out and about.
