Cheese 'n' Ham

Duncan loves a bit of cheese, but he doesn't get any very often.

Yesterday before my Moderna booster DPD delivered a package from 'The Cornish Food Box Company' containing Heligan Gold, a cows milk cheese with a rind washed in Heligan honey beer. I first ate some at Fish House Newquay when I was staying with Oona and Matt. I love it and so does Mr D.

I only give him a tiny amount at a time, no rind and only as an occasional treat, but it really goes down well.

Regarding side effects from the jab: I have a theory that all the covid vaccines include a slight stimulant. Wether that's to get you back home after the job or to speed the serum through your body I don't know, but I felt quite buzzy for a few hours afterwards.

It was quite hard to sleep and I felt a bit fluey overnight as I do today. Not seriously so, just a bit under the weather. I'm glad it's just me and the hamster today.

I'm sure tomorrow I will the 100% again.
