Sweet Violets

I have just finished candying these pansy flowers. We bought a tray of them from the garden centre just for this. It has been quite a while since I last did this. My favourites to candy are sweet peas as they taste good too. I hope these turn out OK. I'll know when I take them down from their drying line in the kitchen.
