Grey Heron

It was still a bit dark when I got to the loch today. The young one flew over to the grass. There were a few dog owners talking not that far away and their dogs were running around. I was a bit nervous for her and fed her as quickly as I could. I am sure she had it covered though as she kept looking, standing perfectly still then eating again. After she had finished she waited a few minutes then took off up the loch.
