Grey Heron

I solved a little mystery today. I arrived at the loch and was walking down the path when I saw the young one flying down from the roof of an ancient Dovecote which is near the entrance to the park. From this vantage point she would be able to see me before I reached the entrance. Anyway as with last weekend it was nice and quiet and the young one was able to get all her food in peace. When she finished she took off back up the loch.
