Colour on a grey day (Day 2408)

We had a fine evening with the clan last night, and nice that Dad has blipped a picture of us all together.
This morning started off with the normal Tesco trip, then up the hill with Sigyn as the first glimmer of daylight appeared.
A quick breakfast then into town to collect some bits, before heading to Orphir to do a survey for a pellet boiler install. With that out of the way I headed along to Mum and Dad's to sort their dripping kitchen tap.  A cancelled job in Stromness meant I was able to get the van washed - another job I have been meaning to do for ages.
Home for lunch, then out with my beautiful wife for a wander at Lyde with Sigyn. As we turned back to the car it started to drizzle. By the time we had settle Sigyn at home and got ourselves organised to head to the horses, it was hosing down with rain and pretty much dark.
Horses dealt with we popped back in to Mum and Dad's for a final chin wag with N&J before they head south again tomorrow morning.
