The trumpet player

There was a wind band playing Christmas Carols by the Buttercross today.  I'd had to sneak into town to pick up a prescription from the chemist, otherwise I wouldn't have gone, you couldn't move for the crowds.  I kept my mask on the whole time, inside and out and left with much relief.

However I did enjoy the band, especially this trumpet player.

I've also been wrapping up Christmas parcels and will put them in the post with the cards on Monday.  Tomorrow I feel will be a non-walking day.
