The Christmas Rose is only photo I took today on the way to post cards.  Next year I must remember to send small Christmas cards and calendars abroad as the cost of postage was horrendous today.  Apparently it would have been cheaper if I had chosen not to use airmail but the estimated time would have been 42 days to Canada!  I know emails and e-cards are instant and cost very little but I do like actual cards.
