Walk (cont.)

The main photo is on our walk and this is a picture taken today but we have jumped forward along the walk quite a bit, so ....

CIRCULAR WALK - SOUTH STROMNESS:  PART FOUR

.... back on track.

We were on the track that leads down to the single track road, Netherton Road.

18  Still on the track we can look back and see over the golf course to the barracks on the left. (photo taken earlier this year)
19  A bit further on we can see over the fields and the Watch Tower on the Ness Battery site. (photo taken earlier this year).
Now we join the Netherton Road
20  In the summer cows are seen in these fields.  The cows are all in sheds for the winter months. (photo taken earlier this year)
