Silver Birches

My focus today has been on putting our outside lights up, and malleting the Christmas Tree out of its wooden base and then bringing it in. We’ll let it settle in and then decorate it tomorrow.

This is when for me it starts to feel a bit Christmassy.

This afternoon I noticed the sun lighting up these nearby birches, framed against very grey clouds.
