Another cosy day

Walk down by the river before breakfast and a nice relaxing morning. Went out to collect stuff to make wreath for front door and then made one after lunch.
We put up the little Christmas tree and a few other decorations as we like the cottage to feel Christmassy even though we won’t be here. The tree is black and bought in Woolworths 14 years ago.
Once the vacuuming was done we settled down for a cosy couple of hours reading with the fire on in the sitting room.
Dinner, watched strictly results and PM talk to the nation, I was hoping it would be a farewell speech, but not to be.
Bit more of my book and then a film I think.
