Cross Country

My youngest running in the local team cross country for her school - it was a bitterly cold day and after standing round waiting for over 2 hours my feet and fingers were numb - in a marked difference from last year when at the same race and time of year I spent the evening in sun glasses and had sun burn on my face - cant seem to get it right
