Not Much Beach

A right windy day, some heavy showers, wintery at times, and some sunny spells too.

Another lazy morning, mostly due to the poor weather.  I finally got out walkies with Sammy around Scalloway this morning, more walkies in the afternoon, and then some telly catchup time.  My lazy day continued into the evening, but I did manage to get out walkies again.  

I wasn't expecting much of a day for getting out walkies, but turned out ok.  In the afternoon, we headed to Meal beach, then Minn.  Meal had big waves rolling in, and washing right up over the beach, covering most of the sands.  It's not the biggest or best beach, just the closest, so we moved on after.  It did feature in the last series of the Shetland murder drama.  A quick shot over the beach, while the waves washed out.  Taken at Sands of Meal, West Burra.
