Aethon ni i Sblot y bore 'ma am ein brechiadau atgyfnerthu ac yn y prynhawn es i i'r deintydd i fy apwyntiad olaf (am chwe mis). Rydw i'n frenin nawr - mae coron gyda fi.

Rhwng apwyntiadau roeddwn i'n gallu treulio amser gyda Zoe a Richard. Pa mor fyr bynnag oedd hi - roedd hi'n bleserus iawn.

Yn y noswaith roedd Nor'dzin a fi yn dioddef gyda'r sgil effeithiau o'r brechiadau. Gobeithio y byddwn ni'n well yfory.

We went to Splott this morning for our booster vaccinations and in the afternoon I went to the dentist for my last appointment (for six months). I'm a king now - I've got a crown.

Between appointments I was able to spend time with Zoe and Richard. No matter how short it was - it was most enjoyable.

In the evening Nor'dzin and I were suffering from the side effects of the vaccinations. Hopefully we'll be better tomorrow.
