No Pun Intended

Today turned out to be a pretty shitty day.

It started off well, I think.
I exceeded my goal this morning in terms of running. Wow, I do not like to run... but what gets me to the end is knowing that the more I run, the quicker I'll be done.
The workouts are going extremely well every morning..

Family issues are driving me mad. I love 'em.. but good-ness.. how long can I live with them?
