Sunset in the Lakes.

Clickychick had been out all day, hair appointments, and the inevitable purchases/jobs running up to Christmas.  I had "exposed some electrons" but when I saw the sunset I nipped upstairs to get a shot missing the houses out.

Just as I was taking my first shot CC arrived home and suggested we go up to Eycott Hill for some shots.  It was a race against time not helped by the driver in front and a single track road.  By the time we arrived, the sunset was past its best.  This is a view of the remaining band of colour with the slopes of Blencathra to the right (actually the slope is probably Souter Fell).
