An Egg!

A what?  An Egg.

Rootling around in one of the boxes of Christmas decorations I found this.  It is showing its age but then as it is over 40 years old and really is an egg it is amazing it still exists.

Many years ago before the children came along Clickychick was the leader of the !st Penrith Guide Company.  One year on the run up to Christmas they made decorations for Christmas trees.  The base is a hens egg with the contents blown out.  Then you paint and/or stick on things to make it look good.

This is the one remaining egg from the half dozen examples she made to show the girls the sort of thing that could be achieved.
