Bright and Beautiful….

This bright beauty was in a bouquet in the florists kiosk in a local supermarket. I often stop to admire bouquets and individual flowers in such places. Florists are so creative. We have had rain, very heavy at times, on and off all day. Maisie and I were out walking in the rain from 7.am. The wind was blowing from the south-east driving the rain. Steve returned to Wellington via a Cook Strait ferry today. He says it was delayed by two hours. I lunched at “The Haven” cafe with my lovely friends, the two Marilyns. A fun time on a dismal day.
