This evening at the lake….

After I had been to town for some Xmas shopping this evening I sidetracked to the Taylor Dam. The lake was looking tranquil apart from a few Coots and black swans rippling some of the waters. In the bottom right of the photo there are ripples made by a mother Coot and her three tiny babies. Very cute. I just wished I had my big camera with its long lens. We’ve had rain from early this morning. Very welcome after the 30C plus temperature in our front porch late yesterday evening .
