My helpful elf

An early start this morning as usual on a Wednesday. Of course I'd made it needlessly much earlier than it had to be but that's another story.

After porridge and her bath the two year old got dressed in a reindeer print dress and candy cane tights. Off we went with a bag of gifts (extra) for friends who live locally. The elf did an impressive 'ho, ho, ho' if people were in and left the present somewhere safe if they weren't. It took us ages but we got round everyone.

Back home and it is still very mild. I think we might get out again after lunch. There's a tiny bit of blue sky so the washing has been hung outside. The afternoon will be busy whatever we choose to do then later it's my last online yoga class of the year.
