Change of plan

Different doctor, different ideas.
The new ( and more senior) doctor thinks the problems with my heart, identified by previous doc, were caused by the increasingly potent inhalers I have been using due to the chest infection.
So less potent puffers and different pills. Lets see what happens.
The new puffer is much smaller, brighter and much more photogenic.
