Did a drive to Cambridge today, sub zero all the way but roads fine. Windscreen washers not working, pipes must be frozen. Not too bad going but return journey difficult with headlights shining on mucky screen. We had to stop a couple of times to clean it. Not good while carrying a cancer patient returning home after a treatment session. Fortunately the lady is delightful and understanding, made a joke about it. Still rather embarrassing. We are going north to Oldham tomorrow, hope the hot water bottle treatment has thawed the pipes
