New buds on my blueberry plant

When I moved my fruit trees to the back of the plot, I decided I should try growing the blueberry plant in a large container to make it easier to control the acidity of the soil.

There's often a time of year when it's ridiculous early for fruit trees to send new shoots but it's rarely this side of Christmas! There might be a microclimate by the pond...

I'll keep an eye on this plant to see what happens.
