A Grey Day
B and I walked at West Runton Beach this morning. It wasn't an entirely comfortable experience. Normally, if the tide is out then you can walk close to the shore on firm, wet sand in the direction of Cromer. However, presumably because of the recent storms, large areas of the beach were covered in large uneven stones which needed to be crossed in order to reach the smooth sand. There were also a number of larger boulders and lengths of pipe which weren't there before. It ably demonstrated the power of nature.
As you can see it was a very misty day, and a fine drizzle was falling by the time we completed our walk. There was not much to photograph but this tractor offers some subdued colour in this largely monochrome scene.
