At the park

in my little community of Gilbert.   Candy cane camellias are blooming now but there are many more buds that have not opened especially on the bush with the white with  pink stripe.

I stopped by here after a trip to the post office because I wanted to see if these flowers were blooming.  A smart thing to do today!    I guess I will be making another trip after Christmas to see how many more blooms have opened.   

Camellias love the weather here in the South.   Now if I could get my bush that is full of buds to open up.  Only one bud is showing color and it looks like it is taking its time to open fully.  

A warm day here so I had a walk while I was at the park.  Short sleeve weather!
