Mood barometer

Strangely the weather seems to be faring better than me today.

But I killed two birds with one stone by getting out in the fresh air to buy chocolate. And I shall enjoy that with a lovely cuppa while appreciating my roses.

And then I shall clean the bedroom, wear myself out on the turbo (it shouldn't take long) and then make biscuits. I think that's all the how to feel better boxes ticked.

It will pass.
