A very hard hoar frost..

this morning and lasted all say as temperatures stayed below freezing.
Loved the way the fences and hedgerows were coated with a centimetre of feather frost. Lost of little birds in the hedges, Chaffinches, Bullfinches, Bramblings, Starlings. Hard for them!
