Slight thaw….

so the floes moved downstream, the Wigeon found plenty of food and in the woods deep snow made walking slow and there were added hazards as ice fell from the boughs above. Lots of Longtailed tits calling , if not visible. Wrens around too. We are very lucky to have a community woodland.
