Today's the day ....................... for fresh air

A beautifully clear and crisp winter's day, perfectly suited to go a-wassailing in the open air with my new choir, SongWave.  

We sang first at the NTS Threave Gardens and then moved across to Ernespie Farm, as you can see in the extra.  Today was the first time we actually got to sing at a planned event.  All the others have been cancelled - either because of the weather (Storm Arwen) or Covid.  So it was particularly nice to fill the lungs with fresh air and have a good sing.

And then, on the way home, the sun slowly disappeared down below the horizon, leaving a clear sky tinged with pink.  The cold air settled as a white mist in the bottom of the valley of the River Dee .......................
