Today's the day ......................... for more mist

It's been a photographer's dream around here for the last few days.

There seems to be an on-going battle between clear skies and sunshine - and an all-pervading cold air fog which blots out everything.  Sometimes the sun wins and the fog disappears, only to mysteriously re-appear a few minutes later.  There has been the opportunity to find some interesting shots if you just happen to be in the right place at the right time.

So here are a couple - the main one from Kirkcudbright Cemetery looking down on the town which gets more foggy the further down you go.  And then, the extra which is a bit higher up, in the full sun and clear skies, with the mist down below.

They're only a 100 yards apart - but they really could be in completely different places ........................
