PENGUINS FULL OF GOOD CHEER

This year it seems the whole universe of animals are now finding their way into holiday  light-up displays.  I have seen a cow, pig, moose, dogs (yea!) lion & now PENGUINS.

I am sure there is a SILLY story here.  What do you think it is?
