A frosty morning..

A white frost this morning.
Sometimes it pays to live in the hills as all you could see looking over Edinburgh was a bank of fog with Arthur's seat poking out and the Paps of Fife rising in the distance.
Usual Saturday routine ,cattle fed,feeding bagged up ready for tomorrow then another session on the floor with an ice pack stuffed down my shirt.
