COLD MOON

The December FULL MOON,  called  the Cold Moon, appeared brightly last night; & will continue for a total of 3 days.  It is the last & longest of the
full moons in 2021.

It is also called the Frost Moon or the Winter Moon, because it appears 
before the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year in the Northern Hemisphere.  

It appears, beginning Friday thru Monday, making this 
"a full moon weekend."   Amazing!
