Xmas Drink with Claire and Phil

After some desk work in the morning and a late breakfast of egg sandwiches (and brown sauce), we met Claire and Phil for our Christmas drink and this time on a lovely rooftop of a hotel of Passeig de Gracia with great views.  The views were an obvious attraction, as was it being outside but sheltered a bit and getting a little sun at 4pm when we met. We talked of all sorts and not least,  Phil's father passing away a couple of weeks ago in the States. It'll be a different Christmas for them this year, also because their daughter L is now in Hong Kong as part of her uni studies and it'll be the first time they haven't been together on Christmas day.  Bb and I then had the Indian meal we had to cancel on the day of my booster on Friday.

PS The two in the pic aren't Claire and Phil. Bb actually took a few pics of me and them, but for some reason they didn't come out at all.
