With help, I commandeered a PC at my workplace that no-one was using today to start copying the old hard disk from my own dead PC. I'll also copy the hard disk before that and the two before that. Some of the early data is already backed up onto the later disks. If I ever have time in my life to sort it all out, I'm going to find an absurd amount of triplication. Out of the many, many megabytes there are probably only 30 photos and half a dozen other files that I really want. Should have finished tidying it ages ago.
