Rydyn ni'n dod yn well nawr (rydyn ni'n gobeithio) ond mae rhaid i ni fynd yn ofalus, mae'n rhy hawdd i wneud gormod. Aethon ni i'r pentref i fynd i'r siopau ac yn cael rhywbeth i fwyta. Rydyn  ni wedi ailgychwyn gweithio ar inswleiddio nenfwd Daniel. Rydyn ni'n gobeithio cwblhau'r gwaith cyn mae'r tywydd yn dod rhy oer.

We're getting better now (we hope) but we've got to be careful, it's too easy to do too much. We went to the village to go to the shops and have something to eat. We have resumed work on Daniel's ceiling insulation. We hope to complete the work before the weather gets too cold.
