Solstice sunrise (Day 2418)

This morning my beautiful wife was zooming off overseas to do hoss pedicures, so after wandering up the hill in the dark with Sigyn, I did the hoss checking duties before making my way back to yesterday's tiling job. The sun was just poking over the hills as I arrived to do some grouting.
Job done I headed home and had another wander with Sigyn in the heathery hills above Lyde which she really enjoyed.
A quick change back at home then into town to deal with a small job before heading back to Stromness to check on the horses as darkness fell.
