The riddle

A chilly start to the morning, but what no snow!! (For a change!). Took pete a quick walk before setting off to work. Traffic into Nottingham was a breeze.

A good day today, finally managed to get emails into double figures too, huge achievement! Good meetings and some monthly reports completed.

Had a wander out at lunch. The gorgeous blue sky and sunshine (combined with crazy aircon temperature in the office) is deceiving when you walk out into the freezing air! Still great to get a blast of it.

Good afternoon and home at a reasonable time. Took pete was wander and then off to meet Liv for tea. She chooses nandos and I she picks our meal. Great choice, and lovely to see her and catch up.

Took her home the long way and we both admired the beautiful clear sky. We drove by this tree which I've long admired, it reminds me of the tree on the cover of Nik Kershaws 'Riddle' album. The background tonight was perfect to turn back and take a picture.

A lovely day again and especially nice seeing Liv.
