The heron at Sea Glass Beach

We are leaving tomorrow so we spent some time this afternoon at Sea Glass beach. We found lots of glass which I will take back to my neighbor's kids for feeding our "wild" cats while we were gone. As we were leaving the beach we we followed this heron (extra). He didn't seem as if he could fly and took refuge next to this man's house. I told this man about the bird and he said he would watch to see if it was injured and then he kindly posed for me.
