Therapeutic Moment

I have absolutely no explanation of why I like this picture. None. Well, maybe a little one.

I went for a walk after I got home this evening, with camera of course, and came back with several possible blips, but this one, taken practically in my front yard just spoke to me. These trees are always absolutely full of little chirping birds and they make such a wonderful sound -- it's actually quite a racket but it's a beautiful birdy racket. You can barely see the birds in amongst the branches, especially when the trees leaf out, so it's just as though the trees are chirping. This little guy just popped out of the branches and perched where he could be seen and seemed to be saying "look at me", so I thought he deserved some recognition. Maybe he was about to say "for our next number, the chirping sparrow chorus would like to sing......."
